ABOUT THE BAKER

Daniela Cooper-Marr, Pastry Chef

Daniela w pink cake.png

Daniela has been baking as a trained pastry chef since 2018, however her interest in sweets and desire to create  and experiment goes back to her childhood. Always in the kitchen usually seen with a box of Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix, her mother gave her the nickname Coop Cake, like cupcake, and it stuck.

Fast forward a few years, she graduated from OU's Price College of Business, and attended culinary school in San Fransico. At the San Fransico Cooking School she took a special interest in cakes and plated desserts. After working in Michelin starred kitchens around the city she moved back to Oklahoma and began making birthday cakes for friends.

What started as a few cakes for friends and family quickly turned into a full baking business with the goal of bringing a little handmade sweetness to any celebration.
